He has served as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Beijing New Building Material Public Limited Company, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Vice President, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary of the Temporary Party Committee of China National Building Material Co., Ltd. (CNBM Ltd.) He is currently Party Committee Standing Member and Vice President of CNBM.

He has served as the Office Director, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, Director of the staff and the Chairman of the Trade Union of China National Building Materials Group, member of the Party Committee, Director of the staff and the Chairman of the Trade Union, Director of Personnel and Organization Department of the Party Committee (General Manager of Human Resources Department) of CNBM. He is currently the Party Committee Standing Member and Vice President of CNBM.

He successively served as assistant to general manager, deputy general manager and general manager of the Investment and Development Department of China National Building Materials Group Corporation, and assistant to general manager, general manager of the Investment and Development Department and general manager of the Strategic Development Department of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, executive director and president of China National Building Material Co., Ltd.

He successively served as director of the Finance Department of China Poly Group Corporation Limited, chief accountant of Poly International Holdings Limited, chairman and general manager of Poly Finance Co., Ltd., chairman of Poly Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and deputy chief accountant of China Poly Group Corporation Limited. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and chief accountant of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd.
